Grafton Banks Finance are continuing to monitor the situation regarding Covid 19 and are following Public Health England (PHE) and government (Gov.uk) advice on how best to support the wellbeing of and limit any risk to our colleagues and our customers.

Following on from the most recent advice from the government we have moved all our consultants to a work from home status (WFH).
All our consultants are available on their mobile phones. Individual numbers are listed on our website www.graftonbanksfinance.co.uk/team additionally our land lines are being diverted so that we can speak to anyone who calls into the Kent, Surrey or Sussex offices. Grafton Banks Finance was set up on a cloud based system about five years ago, and so transition to WFH has been set up seamlessly and our consultants are carrying on with business as usual.
For now, we have suspended all face to face meetings, and are encouraging employees to follow social distance advice. We have Microsoft Teams, Skype, Zoom and FaceTime available to us and we will keep arranging interviews and candidate meetings in this way as long as clients keep asking us to recruit.
Our consultants are actively engaging with prospective candidates and clients. Whilst this is a very challenging period for business, we are endeavouring to keep busy and to be optimistic about the future.
Nigel, Alex and I are committed to our employees, suppliers and their families and we will continue, with the support of the government, and our customers to do all we can to take us all through to the other side of this crisis.
We are so grateful to those clients who are working with us to still register roles and interview candidates, and to keep the business world moving. However we also recognise that not all conversations will be positive ones and we are here to listen, advise and help.
