Temp Credit Controller

Grafton Banks Finance are delighted to be supporting a growing and dynamic business seeking to recruit a Credit Controller on a temporary basis for an initial 3 months, with the potential for extension.

This role will play a key part in supporting a large finance project focused on clearing a backlog within the Credit Control function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate historic debts and proactively chase outstanding payments.

• Transfer and reconcile backdated invoices onto a new accounting system.

• Maintain and update customer accounts accurately.

• Record incoming payments and reconcile accounts.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, handling queries promptly and professionally.

About You:

• Previous experience in a standalone Credit Control role.

• Able to commit to full-time office-based work (no hybrid or remote working).

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Confident using Excel and comfortable learning new systems and processes.
