Grafton Banks Finance are delighted to announce the promotion of two of our Hove team members

Emma Bavin and Paul Bavin have both been promoted to Director.

Emma Bavin joined Grafton Banks in 2011 and over the past ten years has become an exceptional leader, mentor and highly valued team member. Emma runs the interim division of Grafton Banks Finance and this promotion is in recognition of her enormously positive input into the growth of this division and the business on a wider scale.

Nigel Jeyes, Owner of Grafton Banks says "Emma is a really valuable member of the Grafton Banks family and this promotion is in recognition of her loyalty, achievement to date and her ability and potential to lead the company into exciting times, alongside Alex Gregory (MD) and Paul Bavin (Director)."

Paul Bavin runs the senior level interim desk and works alongside the team responsible for senior hires on a permanent basis. Paul is known across the finance recruitment arena as one of the most knowledgeable, talented and successful recruiters in the industry. Paul joined Grafton Banks shortly after the business was set up in 2008 and his input into the success of the company has been significant.
