Hove based Grafton Banks Finance, which recruits finance professionals into businesses across Sussex and Surrey, celebrates 5 years in business this week. They have thrived during their time in business, despite starting up in one of the worst recessions in living memory.

Nigel Jeyes, owner of Grafton Banks Finance says: 'We always knew that starting up a business in the teeth of a recession would be difficult, but we didn't anticipate quite how long or deep this downturn would be.
