Finance Solutions Architect

Grafton Banks Finance is working with a growing InsurTech business to recruit a Finance Solutions Architect to join their team. Following recent investment this business is set to grow through acquisition and this newly created role will be heavily involved in leading the finance systems strategy.
To be considered for this role you will ideally have a background in finance systems and data management or data science. It is essential you are able to demonstrate versatility across finance systems, that you have worked on a general ledger implementation, and that you are at ease working with large data sets.
Assisting Chief Accountant in the development of global 3-year Finance systems strategy;
Taking responsibility for continued development and enhancement of global Finance systems back office architecture;
Form part of UK acquisition squad with the responsibility for Finance systems integrations and as the business carries out its buy and build acquisitions strategy;
Project management relating to vendor due diligence, systems design and implementation, utilising agile methodologies (e.g. Kanban);
Maintenance of Business Intelligence, AP, Payroll and T&E applications;
Carrying out complex data transformations using best of breed ETL tools;
Managing the transition off of SUN and onto FinancialForce by the end of 2021
You will ideally have experience of using Salesforce (CRM) and Adaptive Insights (Financial Planning)
You must be able to demonstrate versatility across tooling as the business has deployed a number of best of breed SaaS technologies across its core tech stack;
Experience using Dell Boomi (iPaaS) would be an advantage;
You must be Comfortable working with large data sets;
Will be comfortable with General Ledger implementations;
This role will be a mix of remote working and time in the London offices. The client is flexible on how this is structured for the right person.
This is a permanent role paying circa £70,000 + benefits including bonus potential of up to 20%, private healthcare, and excellent pension.
