Financial Accountant

Grafton Banks Finance is working with a growing business, based in Haywards Heath, to recruit a newly created Financial Accountant role.

This role is initially a 12 month contract position to support the business during a period of transformation, it does have the potential to become permanent.

The role will work as part of a high calibre financial reporting team responsible for delivering robust month‑end accounting, balance sheet control, management reporting, statutory accounting, and audit.

We are looking for a qualified or finalist level accountant with a background in financial accounting, either gained in practice or industry. Experience in financial services would be an advantage.

The role is to start ASAP so we are looking for candidates available on one months’ notice or less. Salary for this role is £55,000-60,000 + benefits and our client offers lots of flexibility around home working with one day per week expected in the offices.
