Accounts Payable Assistant (temporary)

Grafton Banks Finance are partnering with a well-established business in the Horsham area, who are looking to recruit a temporary Accounts Payable Assistant until the end of 2026. This role will be supporting a sizeable finance function, with a range of accounts payable related duties.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Processing high-volume invoices, including multi-currency and intercompany invoices.
• Liaising with suppliers
• Statement reconciliations
• Processing payment runs
• Bank reconciliations

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in accounts payable/purchase ledger
• Available on immediate notice
• Ability to commute to Horsham area, on a hybrid basis
• Confident using a variety of finance systems, including Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables etc.)
