Interim Accountant

Grafton Banks Finance are actively supporting a Brighton-based client in their search for an Interim Accountant on a 3-month contract. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support a finance team during a busy period, covering a range of budgeting and management accounts related duties.

Key responsibilities:

• Support with preparing the monthly management accounts, forecasts and budgets.
• Assist with accounting and income management processes
• Liaise with external auditors and ensure compliance with legislation
• Identify opportunities to improve financial systems and processes

Ideal candidate:

• Proven experience in management accounting
• Strong knowledge of financial systems and processes
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting (Brighton-based with flexible remote work)
