Group Payroll Administrator

Grafton Banks Finance are pleased to be assisting this business recruit a Group Finance Administrator to join their busy payroll function in their offices just outside of Canterbury.  The successful candidate must have a strong work ethic, lots of energy and at least 18 months of payroll experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• In conjunction with the Payroll Officer process the Payroll in an accurate and timely manner
• Submit draft Payroll reports to the Payroll Officer
• In conjunction with the Payroll Officer, prepare the month-end reports and wages journals by the 2^nd working day of the following month
• Administer the payrolls
• Answer employee queries
• Liaise with external organisations such as the HMRC regarding Payroll queries
