Grafton Banks Change Management has been set up in response to client demand to add to the recruitment solutions offered by Grafton Banks Finance.

As a long established and highly regarded finance recruitment business, Grafton Banks Finance has partnered business across Sussex Surrey and Kent since our inception in 2008. As trusted recruiters, we have been party to many of the changes happening in finance departments, and clients have asked for our advice and help in supporting changes within their businesses. Some of these changes have been in response to the unusual set of circumstances presented by the pandemic of 2020 and 2021, but many were also due to upgrading and updating of existing systems and programmes or integrating new systems following mergers or acquisitions.

As part of this process of investment in change and transformation, our Clients asked Grafton Banks Finance to help source key individuals to work within their businesses and manage these processes for them.

Specifically these positions have included PMO Analysts, Programme Managers, Systems Accountants and Project Managers. As a result of our own investment into researching and implementing processes for this specialist area of recruitment Grafton Banks Change Management was launched.
