Grafton Banks Finance 5th anniversary
Journalism.co.uk - 25 September 2013
Hove based Grafton Banks Finance, which recruits finance professionals into businesses across Sussex and Surrey, celebrates 5 years in business this week. They have thrived during their time in business, despite starting up in one of the worst recessions in living memory.
Nigel Jeyes, owner of Grafton Banks Finance says: 'We always knew that starting up a business in the teeth of a recession would be difficult, but we didn't anticipate quite how long or deep this downturn would be. Our combination of market knowledge and human approach to the finance recruitment market has seen us increase turnover and headcount throughout the recession. We have been encouraged by the determination of the Sussex markets to succeed and also to support local businesses. '
Grafton Banks Finance employs ten experienced recruitment consultants dealing with qualified and part qualified accountants. To mark their 5th year in business they have launched a new interactive website www.graftonbanksfinance.co.uk
'There is no great secret to our success', says Alex Gregory, Director of Grafton Banks Finance. 'Whilst the past five years have been incredibly challenging, we have continually offered a consultative and empathetic approach to our clients; we are people focussed rather than target focussed and our clients and candidates really enjoy working with us. To quote a happy client: 'Grafton Banks Finance offers an extremely professional service combined with an approach that is very straightforward and honest' It is this approach which makes us stand out from our competitors.'
The team at Grafton Banks Finance are excited about the next five years, and future plans include expansion of the Hove office and opening a second office in early 2014.
