Assistant Finance Manager

Grafton Banks Finance are pleased to be assisting a well established growing SME business on the outskirts of Sittingbourne recruit a part time (3 days per week) Assistant Finance Manager.  This role would suit a technically astute candidate with a keen eye for detail, as well as some supervisory experience.  

Key responsibilities include:

Support Finance Manager;
• Deputise where necessary
• Ensure all processing deadlines are achieved
• Build relationships with other departments
• Manage Establishment Costs by supporting the Property Manager and ensuring all payments and reconciliations are made on time.

Banking Relationship
• Support the Finance Manager in managing our day to day relationship with our bankers.
• Manage relationship with our merchant service providers
• Assist Finance Manager in managing cashflow

Credit Control;
• Support and deputise for the Credit Control Manager where necessary in managing our debtor’s book
