Senior consultant moves to Grafton.

Finance recruitment company Grafton Banks Finance in Hove has appointed Paul Rudman as a senior consultant.

The 37-year-old joins from the Brighton office of rival recruitment firm Hays.

Nigel Jeyes, managing director of Grafton, which was set up 18 months ago, said: "Paul joins as the signs of recovery get stronger. We aim to be the leading providers of senior level financial recruitment consultancy in the area."

Paul added: "I've followed the Grafton Banks Finance story from the start and I've been really impressed by the impact the firm has had in a short period."
