Finance Business Process Manager

Grafton Banks Finance is currently recruiting for a Finance Business Process Manager for an industry respected, global organisation with offices in Crawley, West Sussex. You will be a qualified ACA, CIMA, ACCA Accountant with experience of financial accounting and process improvement. You will need to be technically strong with the ability to build effective relationships across the business in order to implement various business systems and procedures. You will work within the financial accounting, shared services function of the business and take the lead on various important finance projects. You will be expected to:
Where appropriate re-engineer processes, put in place controls and reporting to help minimise financial leakage.
Ensure all balance sheet accounts are reconciled and reviewed on a monthly basis and that appropriate back up is in place to support balances.
Be prepared to be a "task buster" identifying, highlighting and resolving issues as they arise in Finance.
Take responsibility for managing and implementing financial audit recommendations within
Finance.
Put controls in place to manage finance risks on the business risk matrix
Develop processes and controls to ensure integrity of our financial systems, reporting and processes.
